Vocal Programs

Coast Music Conservatory's voice staff is second to none, and we have a wide range of exciting vocal ensembles which include: Coast Youth Choir (ages 9-12), Coast Glee Choir (ages 9-14), Coast Vocal Collective (ages 16-adult), and Coast Gospel Choir (16-adult).

Bands

Coast Music Conservatory's band programs are taught by LA's most knowledgeable and inspiring musicians, and it shows! We love forming and training bands!

Coast Music band Crime Scene is pictured above. They were the only kids band to be selected for the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair's Battle of the Bands Competition and they won 2nd place!! The group also voted "Best Underage Band" in the 2011 Easy Reader's Best of the Beach Poll! Click on the following link to see some recent performances:

Group Piano

We will also be continuing our children's group piano classes this winter.  Beginner Beethovens (ages 6-9)  is for children who are learning to play piano for the first time. Elementary Ellingtons (ages 8-12) is for children who have good basic piano skills and are learning to read and play music at the elementary level.  These students can already play some basic scales and chords, and they are able to sight read easy melodies on both staves. 

New students must complete a placement audition before registering for the fall Elementary Ellingtons class.

We'll be scheduling auditions between the hours of 10am-2pm on Sunday, January 8th and Saturday, January 14th:
